Refund Policy

We understand that plans may change. The 8th World Congress 2025 offers the following refund policy for ticketed registrations:

🗓️ Cancellation Deadlines

  • Up to October 27, 2025 – Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee

  • After October 27, 2025 – No refunds will be issued

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to afraca@africaonline.co.ke with your registration details.

🎟️ Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another delegate by emailing us before October 20, 2025. No transfer fee applies.

🌐 Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event that the Congress is cancelled or rescheduled due to force majeure (e.g., pandemic, natural disaster, or political unrest), all registered attendees will be eligible for a full refund or credit for a future event.
