
Guillaume Lefebvre
Guillaume Lefebvre is the Director General of IFCAM, the corporate university of the Crédit Agricole Group. In this role, he drives initiatives that develop skills, promote lifelong learning, and support the transformation of the organization. Under his leadership, IFCAM adapts its training programs to meet emerging challenges such as digital transformation and sustainability. He brings a strong background in finance and banking, having held senior leadership roles within Crédit Agricole both in France and internationally, including in Sweden and the broader Nordic-Baltic region. His international experience has given him a broad perspective on financial services and corporate development across diverse markets. Beyond his corporate career, Guillaume has been active in educational governance and learning institutions. He served as President of the Board of the Lycée Français Saint Louis in Stockholm and has contributed to academic initiatives in France, the UK, and Morocco, reflecting his commitment to bridging business and education. Guillaume holds advanced degrees in finance and management, including a Master of Science from HEC Paris, a Master in Finance from Paris-Sorbonne, and an MBA from the University of Hartford. Throughout his career, he has combined financial expertise with a passion for education and training, shaping IFCAM’s mission to equip professionals with the skills needed for the future.
